SOPA DE COUVES E NABOS À PORTUGUESA

INGREDIENTES:

1 couve lombarda pequena ou metade de 1 grande
1 nabo
1 cebola média
4 batatas
1,5 litros de água
1 osso de presunto ou 50 g de chouriço
1/2 dl de azeite
sal
fatias de pão

PREPARAÇÃO:

Tire o talo mais grosso à couve lombarda e corte-a aos quartos.
Corte o nabo, a cebola e as batatas também aos quartos.
Leve uma panela com água ao lume e quando ferver junte-lhe os legumes, o osso de presunto ou chouriço, o azeite e um pouco de sal.
Tape a panela e deixe cozer até os legumes estarem macios.
Retire o osso de presunto, tire a carne que tiver agarrada e desfie-a.
No caso de usar chouriço corte-o em bocadinhos.
Coloque fatias de pão no fundo de uma terrina, espalhe por cima os fios de presunto (ou bocadinhos de chouriço) e regue com o caldo e os legumes.
