Teste aos Injectores com LOG. 2.0TDI BKD faz 'treme-treme' ao relanti

Boa tarde,
Sei que este assunto é bastante debatido no fórum e que é "normal" os injectores desta motorização passarem-se um bocado.

O meu 8P conta com 181000Km, está na minha mão à um ano e fez 25000Km nas minhas mãos, o que é certo é que ao inicio notei 1 ou 2 vezes um ligeiro "treme-treme" ao relanti/relantim (o que lhe quiseres chamar) com um pequeno barulho (tipo os 1.4TDI mas MUITO mais suave) que apenas se ouvia se estivéssemos fora do carro, notando-se também uma ligeira oscilação no conta-rotações, depois do motor estar quente, mas nem liguei muito porque era muito raro e quase não se sentia, pensei até que fosse eu a ser minucioso de mais.

O que é certo é que em Julho quando fui a inspecção o inspector sentiu o tal treme-treme e disse-me logo "Isto é um 2.0 não é? É que eu tenho uma carrinha com motor igual e acabei por trocar os 4 injectores", ficando eu mais alerta para a tal situação. Na semana passada fui de férias (viagem de 450Km para cada lado) e quando parei ao fim de uns 300Km's e deixei o carro ao relanti para arrefecer, o gajo começou-me a fazer um treme-treme mais forte e um barulho mais acentuado, abri o capot e o motor estava "aos saltos" que mais parecia um tractor.

Na viagem de volta fiquei atento a esta situação, o carro continua a fazer o treme-treme mas não como na viagem de ida, é mais suave como tem feito nos últimos meses. Como me emprestaram um Vag-Com hoje, decidi fazer uns logs para ver se descobria alguma coisa.

Não percebo muito disto mas parece-me que os valores do "Injection Quantity Deviation" estão dentro dos valores aceitáveis, apesar de não serem estáveis ao relanti (não sei se é normal ou não) e quando existe a tal quebra de rotação com o treme-treme os valores são mais acentuados. Quando o motor não está ao relanti (basta estar nas 1000rpm já não existe o treme-treme e os valores são sempre os mesmos.

Peço desculpa pelo longo post mas quis deixar tudo o mais explicito possível.
 
Boas! Tambem ja tive um problema assim parecido com esse e o que fiz foi tirar a tampas das valvulas e verifquei q tinha um injector desapertado e que por fim começou a comer um pouco do material, o que fiz foi tira-lo fora, por os orings novos e coloquei-o... meti a bulir e estrelas! Ficou impecavel!
Agora, duvido muito que a maior parte dos motores 2.0 estraguem injectores, porque isso dura uma eternidade, mas enfim, foi o meu caso!

Eu já tinha ouvido falar numa limpeza aos injectores. Sei que se for à AUDI devo pagar perto de 300€ mas tiram os injectores, lavam-nos com ultra sons e substituem os o-rings.
Também já ouvi falar numas limpezas na Bosch Car Service e outras casas especializadas na matéria que podem rondas os 70 a 200€, não sei é se a limpeza é feita com os injectores no sitio ou se os tiram.
Talvez opte por uma dessas limpezas mais económicas e substituição de o-rings e parafusos a ver no que dá, não pode é ser agora que tive um toque há 3 semanas e tenho o carro no 'doutor' a tratar disso e mais umas coisitas por mim conta.

Já agora, andei a ler nuns outros tópicos que houve pessoal com sintomas +/- idênticos e que conseguiu solucionar o problema substituindo os cabos dos injectores. Alguém faz ideia para que valores vão esses cabos?

A cablagem de injectores custa cerca de 100€ na audi..
Eu começava por trocar a cablagem para ver se resolve antes de entrar em despesas maiores..
 
O meu também tem o treme treme... uma coisa engraçada que podes experimentar é desligar a MAF e por o carro a trabalhar... vais ver que o treme treme desaparece...
O meu quando levou uma MAF nova ficou melhor durante uns tempos... agora ta a voltar ao mesmo.
Eu experimentei trocar os injectores e não resolveu voltei a meter os mesmos...
Na minha opinião isto passa mais por ajuste do débito de ar/gasóleo ao relanti e uns apoios de motor novos para impedir o efeito de pêndulo do motor.
