Recentemente apereceu-me dois erros na minha A4 avant b5 110cv. Deixo aqui os erros com a descrição no wiki ross-tech e gostaria que me ajudassem na localização dos sensores e possiveis causas.

00778 - Steering Angle Sensor (G85): Implausible Signal
Possible Causes

* Steering Angle Sensor (G85) Basic Setting lost
* Steering Angle Sensor (G85) Installation Position incorrect
* No Communication between Steering Angle Sensor (G85) and Brake Electronics (J104)

Possible Solutions

* Perform Steering Angle Sensor (G85) Basic Setting

* Check Steering Angle Sensor (G85) Installation Position
* Check communication between Steering Angle Sensor (G85) and Brake Electronics (J104)

E o erro:

00285 - ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Front Right (G45): Electrical Fault in Circuit
Possible Causes

* Open Circuit in Wiring from/to ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Front Right (G45)
* ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Front Right (G45) faulty

Possible Solutions

* Check Wiring from/to ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Front Right (G45)
* Check ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Front Right (G45)

boas,
se bem me lembro a G85 é uma válvula que está dentro da anilha do Airbag.
serve para corrigir o alinhamento da direcção quando em travagem e tem a ver com o ESP e ABS.

Bem...nunca que eu chegava lá...é que estranhamente aquilo que no wiki ross-tech diz para fazer é algo parecido como alinhar a direcção!
Não consegues arranjar uma foto/esquema da localização da dita cuja?

O que diz não é para alinhar a direcção, mas sim calibrar o anel de direcção.
Podes ter algum problema no anel da direcção ou simplesmente estar descalibrado.
Para calibrar é com Vag mas eu nunca fiz isso por isso não sei.
Aguarda qua algum entendido se irá pronunciar.

Corrijam-me se disse alguma asneira.

Boas,
quando escrevi válvula, queria dizer "sensor" e acho que o problema se resolve substituindo-o...(o sensor :D)
agora esquemas não tenho, talvez alguém com Vag ou Autodata.

vai hoje ao Sr. doutor o argolas ;)

vou tentar calibrar com esse procedimento.
Se não der troco o sensor...

Falta resolver a G85

Calibra o sensor de ângulo do volante e limpa os erros. Pode ser que fique bom e não seja necessário trocar.
 
Testa isto,

o G85 dá erro quando se fica sem bat nos A3 8P de 2003 e mais uns sensores têm de ser re-configurados.

This procedure details how to perform the zero position calibration for the Steering Angle Sensor (G85) in many VW/Audi vehicles equipped with ESP (Electronic Stability Program). This procedure should be performed when vehicle alignment is performed or if any of the following components have been removed or replaced:

ABS/EDL/ASR/ESP control unit (J104)

Steering Angle Sensor (G85)

Steering Column

There are certain test conditions that must be met before doing this procedure:

Start the vehicle.

Turn the steering wheel one turn to the right and one turn to the left.

Drive in a short distance straight line on a level surface at a speed not higher than 20 km/h.

If the steering wheel is straight during the test drive then stop the vehicle with the wheels pointed straight

Ensure that the steering wheel is not moved again.

Keep the engine running and do not switch off the ignition.

Procedure for performing the zero position calibration for the Steering Angle Sensor (G85) on VW Golf, GTI, Jetta, and Audi TT:

[Select]
[03 - ABS Brakes]
[Login - 11]
Enter 40168
[Do It!]
[Basic Settings - 04]
Group 060
[Go!]

This will store the zero (centered) position of the steering wheel. There should be a displayed message that reads: "Steer. angle sender compens OK". If you get an error, it may mean the Login was not successfully performed.

Click the [Done, Go Back] button and you're all set.

Nas A4 a placa de ABS parte-se uma linha interna que normalmente consegue-se soldar mas não convem ser por pessoas que não esteijam abituadas a soldar se não puffff.
