Hello all,
I have an A6 C5 2001 and during the trip the A/C stopped working. Before it was working without a problem and suddenly after the car started the A/C fan didn't turn on anymore. I had the A/C system checked, there is enough gas inside. The VAG shows this fault:
1 Fault Found:
00792 - A/C Pressure Switch (F129)
31-00 - Open or Short to Ground
Ordered new pressure switch, replaced it today but the fan still doesn't turn on and the A/C is not working.
When I clear the fault, it appears immediately again.
I also checked the fuses which should have something to do with A/C, all of them seemed to be okay.
Is here someone who could look at it or recommend some place please? Maybe check the wiring or measure if the electricity goes where it's needed..
Setúbal/Lisbon/Sintra area. Even more far if needed, it doesn't matter where as long as someone would be able to fix it. hah
